Dustin Johnson claimed 20th PGA Tour title after winning the 2019 WGC-Mexico Championship. Johnson posted final round 66 to finish the tournament at 21 under par. Rory McIlroy finished solo second at 16 under par after he played the course for 67 shots on Sunday. Paul Casey, Ian Poulter and Kiradech Aphibarnrat shared third place at 11 under par.

Rory McIlroy gave his best, but he didn’t manage to answer Johnson’s solid play. McIlroy carded six birdies in seven holes on the back nine, but this was enough for second place only.
