Aaron Rai claimed his maiden European Tour title after winning the 2018 Hong Kong Open. Rai finished the tournament at 17 under, after final round 69. Matthew Fitzpatrick carded final round 64 which climbed him to 16 under, just a shot behind the winner Rai. Jason Scrivener and Victor Perez shared third place at 11 under.

Aaron Rai had up and downs today, but at the end he managed to claim the title after he was leading since the first day of the tournament.

Matthew Fitzpatrick played great golf today, especially on the greens, but a short par putt on the 17th left him two shots behind Rai with two holes to play.
