Oliver Wilson leads the way after the third round of the 2019 Commercial Bank Qatar Masters. Wilson posted third round 69 and leads with score of 10 under par. Four players are a shot behind and share second place at nine under par.
Third round leaderboard:
The career of Oliver Wilson has seen many up and downs. In 2008 the Englishman was in the European Ryder Cup team without having a title from the tour. In 2014 he won his lonely European Tour title at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship finishing ahead of Tommy Fleetwood, Rory McIlroy and Richie Ramsay. Despite the win he lost form and later lost his European Tour card. Last season he played at the Challenge Tour where Oliver Wilson won the Monaghan Irish Challenge. Thanks to this win he finished among the top 15 in the Challenge Tour order of merit and claimed his European Tour card for this season.
Thomas Detry is only two shots behind and has good chances to lift the trophy tomorrow.
