David Lipsky, Tapio Pulkkanen and last week winner Jorge Campillo share the lead after the opening day of Volvo China Open. The trio leads at seven under par after a day marked by the low scoring. More than 100 players played the course on par or better.

Campillo’s fine form continued on the front nine today, where he posted four birdies and an eagle to make the turn at six under par.
David Lipsky already has a win this season. In December he won the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek CC in South Africa.
The defending champion Alexander Björk is at the group at two under par and shares 46th place.
