Jorge Campillo won his maiden European Tour title after a triumph at Trophée Hassan II. This was Campillo’s 229th European Tour tournament and his best finish till today was two second places. Jorge Campillo saw his chances almost gone after two bogeys on the first three holes, but strong finish secured him the win. The Spaniard birdied two of his last three holes to finish at nine under par.

With this birdie on the 16th Campillo took the lead. With this win he will climb in the world golf ranking. At the start of the week he was ranked 90th in the world.
Another good week for American Julian Suri. After he missed the title in India a month ago he bounced back now with shared second place.
Third round leader Erik van Rooyen didn’t have a good day. He played the course on one over par to finish at seven under and shared second place.
