Three at the top after the second round of Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open

Bernd Wiesberger, Erik van Rooyen and Lee Slattery (on the photo) share the lead after the second round of Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. The trio sits at 14 under par and has two shots advantage over one of the first round leaders Nino Bertasio and the 2016 Open champion Henrik Stenson. Bernd Wiesberger climbed to the top after a magnificent 61 today – his career best European Tour round.

Second round leaderboard:

World number three Rory McIlroy posted another 67 today and he is in the group at 8 under par.

Great day at the office for Justin Thomas. The American played at seven under par today and after two rounds he is only three shots behind the leaders.

Lee Slattery has two European Tour wins under his belt. His last triumph came in 2015 when he won the M2M Russian Open.
