Julien Guerrier (France) posted second round 66 and with total score of 14 under par leads the way at the 2020 Portugal Masters. Guerrier will take five-shot lead into the third round over American Sihwan Kim. Nine golfers share third place at seven under par. In that group is the first round leader Liam Johnston.
Second round leaderboard:
For the first time in his career Julien Guerrier leads a tournament on this high level. The Frenchman used to play mainly on the Challenge Tour where he has two titles. Guerrier started the week ranked 667th in the world, but with a win would move inside the top 250.
It looks like Guido Migliozzi found the game which lead to two wins for the Italian in 2019. Last week in Valderrama Migliozzi shared sixth place. After two days in Portugal the Italian sits at four under par and shares 26th place.
