World number five Jon Rahm played impressive golf all week long and successfully defended his title at Mutuactivos Open de España. Ram finished the tournament at 22 under par after final round 66. Solo second, five shots behind the winner Rahm, finished another home favorite – Rafa Cabrera-Bello who also need 66 strokes on the course today.The third spot also went to a Spanish player. World number 1413 Samuel Del Val finished solo third at 15 under par.

Jon Rahm becomes the first player in Mutuactivos Open de España history since the event is part of the European Tour, who manages to defend his title. Edoardo Molinari probably won’t be satisfied with his week in Spain. The older from the Molinari brothers shared 23rd place at eight under par, but he finished the tournament in style with an eagle from the fairway on the 18th today.
