Bernd Wiesberger claimed his fifth European Tour title after winning the 2019 Made in Denmark. Wiesberger finished the tournament at 14 under par after final round 66. Robert MacIntyre also played the course at five under par today and finished only a shot behind the winner Wiesberger.
Final leaderboard Made in Denmark:
This win means a lot for Wiesberger who was out of the course for seven months last year due to a wrist injury. Thanks to the win in Denmark the Austrian climbed to 19th at Race to Dubai.
Robert MacIntyre’s birdie putt on the last was missed by inches and as a result he was not able to force a playoff.
MacIntyre’s bogey on the 17th was the one that cost him the win. He sent his tee shot way right and as a result had to settle with a bogey 5.
