Robert Streb claimed his second PGA Tour title after winning the title at the 2020 The RSM Classic. The American posted final round 68 on his way to total score of 19 under par for the tournament. This score was matched by Kevin Kisner who played the course at seven under on Sunday. The duo went out on the course once again to determine the winner. It became clear on the second extra hole won by Streb with a birdie. Cameron Tringale completed the top three after final round 62.
The RSM Classic 2020 final leaderboard:
This is Robert Streb’s second PGA Tour title at it comes six years after his maiden triumph. In October 2014 he won the title at the same tournament which back then was named McGladrey Classic. Thanks to yesterday’s win Robert Streb climbed to 116th in the world which is a jump with more than 250 spots.
Kevin Kisner played great golf on Sunday and carded seven birdies without to drop a shot. This was enough for a place in the playoff where Streb didn’t make any mistake.
