Paul Casey from England held his nerves and won the title at the 2019 Valspar Championship. The Englishman became the first player in event’s 19-year history who successfully defends his title. Copperhead Course was a true test for the golfers on Sunday and only a few managed to play it under par. Casey posted final round 72 to finish the tournament at 8 under par.

This was win number three for Paul Casey at the PGA Tour and his 19th professional victory. As a result he moves to 11th in the world golf ranking.
Good week for former world number one Luke Donald. Donald was struggling with different injuries in the last couple of years. His last top 10 finish was a year ago at the 2018 Valspar Championship. He shared 9th place this week after he finished at 4 under par.
