The American, who claimed his first European Tour title at Afrasia Bank Mauritius Open, carded one eagle and four birdies in his way to first round 66. Only a shot behind the leader are Scott Jamieson and Yusaku Miyazato who sit at five under par. Big group of players, including Thomas Pieters, shares fourth place at four under par.
