Joachim B. Hansen claimed his maiden European Tour title after winning the 2020 Joburg Open at Randpark GC. The Dane finished the tournament at 19 under par after final round 67. The third round leader Wilco Nienaber played the course at one under par on Sunday and finished two shots behind the winner. Shaun Norris completed the top three with score of 16 under par.

This is Joachim B. Hansen’s first European Tour title and it comes in his start number 146 on tour. Thanks to it the Dane will move within the top 170 in the world where he started the week ranked 230th.
Wilco Nienaber didn’t win, but the South African impressed with his performance. This week runner-up finish is the best result so far in his European Tour career (25 starts).
