Second round leaderboard:
Bryson DeChambeau’s last PGA Tour title came in 2018 when the American won four times on the PGA Tour. His last title came at the 2018 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open.
Erik van Rooyen will remember his 30th birthday which was yesterday. The South African tied the course record with second round 62. Van Rooyen had a fantastic year on the European Tour. In 2019 the South African won his first title and was part of the historical playoff at the Turkish Airlines Open.
Rory McIlroy had a slow start of his second round and after 11 holes he was one over for the day. Thanks to the three birdies on his last five holes McIlroy returned close to the top. He sits solo sixth and will start the moving day three shots behind the leader.
