Dean Burmester posted final round 62 and with total score of 25 under par claimed the title at the 2021 Tenerife Open. Burmester’s 62 were the best round for the day and this was enough to finish five clear of third round leader Nicolai von Dellingshausen. Adrian Meronk and Kalle Samooja shared third place at 19 under par.

This is Burmester’s second European Tour title. His maiden triumph came on home soil in 2017 at the Tshwane Open. Thanks to his win today the South African will climb inside the top 110 at the Official World Golf Ranking where he was ranked 168th prior the tournament.
Adrian Meronk posted another top 10 finish on the European Tour. The Polish golfer is still looking for his maiden tour title, but he already has two runner-up finishes.
