Adrian Meronk claimed his maiden DP World Tour title after winning the Horizon Irish Open and became the first Polish golfer with a win on the old tour. Meronk posted a final round 66 to finish the tournament with a score of 20 under par. The in-form New Zealander Ryan Fox finished solo second while the South African Thriston Lawrence completed the top three.

This is Adrian Meronk’s first DP World Tour title from 65 appearances. Thanks to his triumph in Ireland he will climb inside the top 70 golfers on the planet. He started the week as world number 110.
