This is Ludvig Aberg’s first DP World Tour and it comes on his sixth tour appearance. Thanks to it the young Swede will move inside the top 90 golfers on the planet. He started the week as world number 200.

Matt Fitzpatrick missed a great opportunity to tie Seve Ballesteros’ record for most titles in Switzerland – 3. Fitzpatrick won the tournament in 2017 and 2018. The Englishman had a comfortable lead of two shots, but made a bogey on the par five 15th, which was followed by two more bogey by the end of his round. As a result the 2022 U.S Open champion dropped to shared third place.
