Lucas Herbert claimed maiden PGA Tour title at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship

Lucas Herbert claimed his maiden PGA Tour title after winning the 2021 Butterfield Bermuda Championship. The Australian posted a final round 69 to finish the tournament at 15 under par. Danny Lee  and Patrick Reed tied for second at 14 under par.

Butterfield Bermuda Championship 2021 final leaderboard:

We don’t often see Lucas Herbert playing on the PGA Tour. The Australian plays mainly on the European Tour where he already has two titles under his belt. His last triumph was in July at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open. Thanks to his win in Bermuda Lucas Herbert will climb to 43rd in the world. This is a jump with more than 10 spots as the Australian started the week as world number 57th.

Patrick Reed played the course at six under par today and as a result climbed the leaderboard with 15 spots. The American had some health issues in the last couple of months and this affected his results. Reed’s last top 10 finish was in early June at The Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide.
