Justin Thomas one clear before the final round in Mexico

Justin Thomas took the lead after the third round of the 2020 WGC – Mexico Championship. Thomas posted third round 65 and leads at 15 under par. Patrick Reed and Erik van Rooyen stay in the mix. The duo continues to share second place at 14 under par. The second round leader Bryson Dechambeau played the course on par for the day and dropped to shared fourth place with a round to go.

Third round leaderboard:

Justin Thomas is in a great position to win his first WGC – Mexico Championship title. The American has great record in the tournament and in his last three editions he has three top 10 finishes. If Thomas win the title on Sunday this will be his 13th PGA Tour title.

Big jump to the top of the leaderboard for Jon Rahm. The Spaniard set a new course record after third round 61. The highlight of Rahm’s phenomenal round is the hole in one on the par three 17th.
