American John Catlin took the solo lead after the second round of the 2020 Andalucia Masters. Catlin carded four birdies and three bogeys on his way to a round of 70 and score of three under par for the tournament. Jamie Donaldson, Connor Syme and Pablo Larrazabal are the other players who are under par after two days at Valderrama. The trio shares second place at one under par.

Pablo Larrazabal was one of the few players to post a round in the red numbers today. The Spaniard is five-time European Tour winner, but he is yet to win on home soil on tour level. Larrazabal’s last triumph on tour came in early December at the Alfred Dunhill Championship in South Africa.
Bernd Wiesberger is the highest ranked player this week in Spain. The Austrian, 30th in the world, played the course on level par today. Hi sits at four over par and shares 18th place.
