“AUBG & Friends” 2020 – Sponsorship Options

The AUBG & Friends Fundraising Golf Tournament is an annual networking initiative that aims to bring together participants from the public and private sectors – government representatives, diplomats, businessmen and entrepreneurs, academics and students, supporters of the University and their families – in a friendly and entertaining all-day event in support of top-quality liberal arts education. The funds raised are provided to bright and talented AUBG students in the form of scholarships. As a result of last year’s event at Pirin Golf, three deserving AUBG students received scholarship support for 2019-2020 academic year.

The American University in Bulgaria offers the following sponsorship packages in return for your generous support at the annual AUBG fundraising golf tournament:

Golden Package $10,000

Number of Players: Unlimited — beginners included

1. Named Scholarship Establishment:

• Set the scholarship criteria and determine the name of the scholarship (optional);
• In compliance with AUBG named scholarships policy.

2. Publicity through electronic and print media. (Name of Company) will be highlighted and will appear as General supporter on:

• AUBG’s website — logo on the AUBG calendar and the landing page of the event;
• Post-event articles;
• Event’s invitations and social media announcements;
• Event’s billboard/s;
• Communication to media;
• Banner placement at the event venue;
• (Name of Company) will be especially mentioned before, during and after the event;
• Placement of company’s logo on the award ceremony wall;
• Placement of company’s logo on the sponsors board;
• Branded flag in front of the Pirin Golf Club House;
• 3 branded vinyls on the Golf Course /400 cm x 148 cm/;
• Branding on 5 hole signs;
• Exclusive branding of 3 golf cars (for 1 year);
• Branded golf balls.

• Annual Job & Internship Fair at AUBG:

The Annual Job & Internship Fair aims to facilitate companies’ recruitment efforts by meeting employers with AUBG students and alumni on campus.

• Company Presentation:

Company presentations throughout the academic year are intended to promote your business, present information on internship and/or career opportunities, attract and pre-select interested candidates, or increase your presence on campus.

• Jobs and Internships Posting:

AUBG can facilitate and accelerate your recruiting efforts, by making vacancy positions available to the AUBG students and alumni through our electronic job posting services.

• Career Lectures and Seminars:

Throughout the academic year we organize career specific lectures and seminars that include alumni and representatives from a variety of organizations and backgrounds providing our speakers with an excellent means of meeting potential candidates.

SILVER PACKAGE $ 5,000

Number of Players: Up to 10 players — beginners included

1. Named Scholarship Establishment:

• Set the scholarship criteria and determine the name of the scholarship (optional);
• In compliance with AUBG named scholarships policy.

2. Publicity through electronic and print media. (Name of Company’s) support will be visible on:

• AUBG’s website — logo on the AUBG calendar and the landing page of the event;
• Mention in a post-event article;
• Event’s invitations and social media announcements;
• Event’s billboard/s;
• Communication to media;
• Banner placement at the event venue;
