Oliver Fisher carded second round 59 in Portugal masters and became the first player to shoot 59 in an European Tour event. Thanks to this magnificent round Fisher jumped to the top of the leaderboard to share second round lead with Eddie Pepperell and first round leader Lucas Herbert at 12 under par. Matt Wallace is a shot back at 11 under. The cut line was 3 under par and some of the big names in the tournament did not managed to match this score. Padraig Harrington (par), Angel Cabrera (+1) and Peter Hanson (par) failed to make the cut and won’t see them during the weekend.
