Bernd Wiesberger claimed his second European Tour title of the season after a triumph at Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. The Austrian finished the tournament at 22 under par after final round 69. This score was matched by Benjamin Hebert (France) who played very impressive golf today and posted fourth round 62. In the playoff Wiesberger managed to deal better with the pressure and won with a par on the third extra hole.

Thanks to his win at the Scottish Open Bernd Wiesberger will find a place among the top 50 at the Official World Golf Ranking. The Austrian climbed to the top spot at the Race to Dubai thanks to the winning check for € 1,035,099.
Benjamin Hebert played great golf today and as a result he climbed with 11 spots at the leaderboard. What cost him the title was some short missed putts in the playoff.
