Adrian Meronk (Poland) posted a final round 66 and with total score of 14 under par won the title at the 2022 ISPS HANDA Australian Open. The third round leader and local favorite Adam Scott played the course at two over par for the day and as a result dropped to nine under par for the tournament. Another local hero Min Woo Lee completed the top three after a round of 69.

This is Adrian Meronk’s second DP World Tour title and his second of the season. In July he won the Horizon Irish Open. Thanks to his today’s triumph Meronk will climb inside the top 50 golfers on the planet. He started the week as world number 56.
Adam Scott had a tough day and didn’t show the game from the first three days. The Australian lost his chances for the win on the 17th where he carded a double bogey.
