Former world number one Tiger Woods claimed his 82nd PGA Tour title after winning the inaugural Zozo Championship. The tournament was played in Chiba, Japan and finished today due to many rain delays. Woods posted final round 67 to finish at 19 under par. Solo second, three shots behind, finished the home favorite Hideki Matsuyama.

The win in Japan is third for Woods in his last 14 starts. He was off the course since August due to an injury. With this win Tiger Woods matches Sam Snead’s record for most PGA Tour titles, both have 82. Snead won his last title in 1965 at Greater Greensboro Open, aged 52.
