This is the first title for Nicolai Hojgaard from the European Tour and it comes in his 45th appearance. Thanks to it the Dane will climb inside the top 200 in the world. Nicolai Hojgaard wins a week after his brother Rasmus claimed his third title at the Omega European Masters. For the first time in European Tour history two brothers won in back-to-back weeks.
Tommy Fleetwood had his chances, but the two late bogeys on the 14th and the 16th cost him the win. However the Englishman still should be happy with his performance as he posted his first top 10s since March.
